Attention : The first use must be used with water in the pump body . Please use                   a hard pipe at the inlet , the interface must be sealed and not leaking .

Installation and precautions of water pump : 
1. Select a strong place and pump the unit flat .
2. Check whether the bolts and nuts of the machine pump are loose .
3. The installation position of the pump , should be as close to the water source , close to the water surface , in order to shorten the inlet pipe . 
4. Motor supporting , should pay attention to the safety of electricity , and reliable grounding , prevent electric shock . Check whether the steering of the pump is correct .
5. When the diesel engine is sirectly connected or the belt rotates , the pump with the correct direction should be selected and maintained according to the diesel enging insructions . 
6. The direction indicated by the arrow shall prevail , and the reverse operration is strictly prohibited .
7. It is recommended that the speed should not exceed 4000RPM . Please rrefer to the parameters on the nameplate of the pump body for the power and speed of the supporting motor and steam (siesel) oil machine .
8. The matching motor belt plate and belt should be consistent with the model on the pump .
9. The water pump must be fixed before working , and keep a space above 0.8meters with the supporting motor .
