Application and features:

WQD,WQ type sewage sewage submersible electric pump motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump , single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor , pump is located in the lower part of the motor , the dynamic seal between the pump and the motor adopts double-end mechanical seal . The static seal at the fixed stop is made of "0" type sealing ring made of oil-resistant rubber . This series of electric pump is suitable for wide industry , agriculture , mining , civil construction , municipal environmental protection and other places , is pumping mud , mortar , domestic wastewater , sewage feces and containing short fiber , paper , sand and other solid particles and rural drainage and irrigation , river pond silting ideal equipment .


Usage conditions and precautions:

1.The liquid temperature of the water supply is less than + 40 , and the PH value of the medium is between 4-10;
2.The density of the medium is not greater than 1200 kg/m³;
3.The power supply frequency is 50Hz , single-phase voltage is 220V , three-phase vlotage is 380V , The voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the ratde value .
4.Use a lift less than 80% of the rated lift of the electric pump and a diving depth not more than 5M .

How to use the float ball
1. After passing the cable of the float switch from the concave hole of the weight , eently push the weight , so that the plastic ring embedded above the round hole falls off due to the thrust of the cable head (you can also remove the plastic ring with a screwdriver ) , and then put the dropped plastic ring on the cable . You want to fix the weight to set the position of the liiquid level .
2.Gently push the heavy weight to pull out the cable until the center of the weight clasps the plastic ring .
3.In use, you can use another piece of copper wire , or womething else , to attach the heavy weight to the cable (top and bottom two , the end is stuck ) or in the inner wall of the container to prevent the weight from sliding and affecting the control of the water level . 
4.Please pull the cable directly on the control box , and try to avoid using the intermediater jiint and invading the liquid .
