VDF/V(WQ) Electric Submersiblr Pump
Product introduction
VDF/V(WQ) series submersible pump consists of pump, mechanical seal and motor. Pump is at the bottom part of pump, which is adopted centrifugal impeller. Motor which is single-phase or three-phase is at the upper part of pump. Seal is used where pump and motor combine, which is a kind of double-end mechanical seal, O rings are applied to all static joints. Float switch can be equipped to control pump's starting and stopping automatically according to the water level.
Main Application
This series pump is small and light, which is widely used in countryside for elevating water from well, irrigation, sprinkling and domestic water supply, and also used in draining off water for fishpond and building site.
Work conditions
The pump can work properly and continuously under following operational conditions :
1. Max.Submerged Depth:5M
(The maximum deep it is allowed in water is 5m from its center of impeller)
2.The trans Medium temperature shouldn't be over 40°C
3.The trans Medium PH scope is from 4~10.
3. Max Ambient temperature +40°C
4. Max.suspended solids :Φ50mm
5.The Kinematics viscosity of the trans medium is 7*10¯7~23*10¯6m²/s;
6.The maximum Density of the trans medium is 1.2*10³kg/m³
APPLICATION&FEATURES
The pumps are suitable for draining dirty water and seawage in domestic and civil applications or in any other situation such as water mixed with mud,with ground water and with surface water ,where the water contains suspended solids.They are suitable for use in application such as draining flooded area cellars,underground car park ,car washes,for emptying cesspools and for sewage disposal .

Function and Features:
Submersible pump with cutter is an ideal machine for draining sewage .A high-speed rotating cutter is assembled at the inlet hole of the pump ,make it easy to cut off long fibre and firm sundries contained in the sewage,so as to avoid the impeller is blocked by the entanglement.
It is suitable for draining sewage in sanitation ,factory ,mine and family .The float switch can automatically control on and off with the change of the liquid level .The protector in the motor can automatically cut off the power when it overheated or overcurrented ,thus guarantee the security and reliability of pump's run even in the atrocious environment .
