Product Overview

 

V(WQ) series single ,three phase submersible sewage pump is more advanced and ideal sewage discharge equipment . 
The use of "V" instead of "WQ" indicates that the pump has a unique design of the flow parts , wide efficiency area , full head (no overload ) , and can operate efficiently and safely within a large flow range . The impeller's channel anti-clogging design enables the pump to effectively transport the fluid containing solid particles , impurities , long fibers and other fluids with diaetes of 15~35 mm. Selection lf suction structure and stainless steel and special cast iron manufacturing with thorough drainage and corrosion resistance , with the float switch with the change of liquid level can realize automatic control of start-stop . The motor is equipped with a protector that will automatically cut off the power supply when encountering overheating or over-current , which ensures the safety and reliability pump in the harsh environmetn .
 

Conditions of use

 

The electric pump should be able to work continuously under the following conditions of use ;
1.Take the center of the impeller as the benchmark , the depth of diving under water shall not exceed 5 meters ;
2.Conveying medium temperature does not exceed 40ºC ;
3.Input medium PH value of 4~10 ;
4.Transport medium motion viscosity :7×10~23×10*m²/s ;
5.The maximum density of the conveying medium is 1.2×10kg/m" ;
